DELETE /api/v2/numbers/{number}
Un-assigns a phone number from its target. This does not delete the number: it returns to the company's reserved pool if one exists, and can be reassigned later. Pass "release" to give the number up entirely instead, which cannot be undone.
Rate limit: 1200 per minute.
