DELETE /rest/v1.1/projects/{project_id}/direct_costs/{id}
Delete a specific Direct Cost Item and its Line Items. This action does not support concurrent requests. If there is an attempt to delete a Direct Cost that is being updated or deleted by another request, a 409 Conflict error will be returned.
