GET /rest/v2.0/companies/{company_id}/projects/{project_id}/coordination_issues/workflow_issues/{id}
Returns a specific Coordination Issue that has associated workflow metadata. Access is controlled by the same visibility rules as the index endpoint:
- Project Admins can access all workflow issues
- Issue creators can access issues they created
- Issue assignees can access issues assigned to them
- Workflow members can access issues for workflows they are part of
