GET /api/v2/tickets/messaging/conversations/{conversation_id}/ticket

Returns the active ticket associated with the given Sunshine Conversations conversation id.

A ticket is considered active when it's open and the messaging session is still in progress. A ticket becomes inactive when any of the following occur:

How to start integrating
