If you are unhappy with SimWorkflow, were charged by mistake, or forgot to cancel, contact us and we will review your request fairly.
How to request a refund
Contact us with the email address on your SimWorkflow account, the charge you are asking about, and a short note explaining what happened.
Examples where we may issue a full refund

You were just charged for the next billing period but meant to cancel.

Every situation is unique
If your situation does not match the examples above, contact us anyway. We will do our best to make a fair decision.
We may decline refund requests where there has been heavy usage, repeated refund requests, abuse, or activity that violates our Terms of Service.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
